PENELOPE CHILVERS

Born and raised in England, Penelope Chilvers’ “love-affair” with Spain and local craftsmanship has been a life-long journey. Originally trained as a painter at the Byam Shaw School of Art in London, Chilvers was granted a scholarship from the Spanish Ministry of Culture, to complete an M.A. at Complutense University in Madrid.  While living in Barcelona as a painter and designer, she enjoyed riding horses during her lunch break and pursued creating the perfect equestrian boot. A style which is a favorite of customer’s today, including Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge. Penelope Chilvers has a reputation for superb quality, comfort, and effortless style.
